Background

Hi, I’m Emma. Before training as a therapist, I worked in corporate HR where I supported staff through mental health concerns, burnout, and workplace stress. That experience helped me realise how many people silently struggle — and how powerful it can be to speak openly in the right environment.

I specialise in working with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, OCD, and self-critical thinking. I know how exhausting it can be to feel stuck in your own mind — therapy gives us a chance to challenge that cycle and build something more helpful.

My sessions are practical, focused, and supportive. We’ll break things down together, explore what’s going on, and work toward clear goals that feel meaningful for you.

My Approach

I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a structured and evidence-based approach that helps you recognise and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Sessions are active and collaborative — I’ll guide you in using tools both during and between sessions to build momentum and confidence.
