About me
Hi, I’m Victoria. I know how daunting it can feel to open up about what’s really going on beneath the surface, which is why I aim to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of judgement. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, therapy can offer the chance to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of your experiences. My role is to support you with compassion and curiosity as you explore what matters most to you.
I work with people carrying a range of concerns — from the weight of past experiences to relationship difficulties or struggles with self-esteem. Together, we’ll go at your pace, building clarity and confidence along the way. My style is intuitive, creative, and explorative, shaped around your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I believe the answers already exist within you, and my role is to help you uncover them. While I primarily work through talking therapy, I also offer creative techniques such as drawing or collage, which can open up new perspectives when words feel limited.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked across different sectors in a variety of therapeutic roles, giving me a broad base of experience to draw on. I also work with couples who may be facing recurring conflicts, communication difficulties, or feelings of disconnection. In couples therapy, I provide a non-judgemental space where both partners feel heard, supported, and respected. My aim is to help each person gain a deeper understanding of themselves and each other, so that together you can strengthen connection and rebuild trust.
