About me
Hi, I’m Priyanka. I’m an integrative therapist who works with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I support are carrying the emotional weight of painful relationships or unresolved childhood experiences, or find it difficult to manage anxiety, low confidence, or intense emotions. I understand how daunting it can feel to take the first step towards therapy and trust someone new, which is why I prioritise creating a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s been happening at your own pace. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood in our sessions.
My training covers a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and somatic (body-based) methods. This allows me to adapt each session to meet you where you are. For some, therapy may involve understanding and processing past experiences; for others, it may be about learning tools to manage strong emotions or exploring patterns that affect relationships and self-esteem. I often work collaboratively to help you build emotional awareness and develop new ways of responding to challenges, supporting both insight and growth.
Supporting personal development and meaningful change is at the heart of my work. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and begin to feel more grounded and confident in who you are. Alongside traditional therapy, I can also integrate mindfulness and awareness-based techniques — drawing on neuroscience and humanistic principles — to deepen self-understanding and promote inner balance. Together, we’ll work towards greater clarity, emotional strength, and a stronger sense of self.
