About me
Hi, I’m Nathan. Therapy isn’t just for times of crisis — it can also help us understand patterns that hold us back and reshape how we relate to ourselves. I became a therapist after years working in youth mentoring and men’s mental health advocacy, where I saw the importance of giving people permission to feel.
I often work with adults who are facing anxiety, burnout, negative thinking, or struggles with motivation. Some feel lost in their identity or uncertain about where life is heading. Others are tired of trying to keep things together on the surface.
My sessions offer space to be honest — even if that honesty feels messy, awkward, or emotional. That’s where the real work begins.
I use an integrative approach that blends relational therapy with practical CBT tools. We’ll look at your thoughts and behaviours, but also explore the emotional roots beneath them.
I keep things grounded and supportive, giving you time to reflect while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you.
