About me

Hi, I'm May. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's important to find someone you feel safe with. If you're thinking about therapy and don't know where to start, you're not alone.

I see you as the expert on your own life, and I work in a way that focuses on the person sitting in front of me. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, making sense of your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and care. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating relationships, processing trauma, or trying to understand yourself more deeply, you don't have to carry things alone.

I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, recent diagnosis, relationships, grief, and life transitions. Together we can build trust to create a space that is accepting and understands your experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and shift towards meaningful change.

Whilst I trained as a person-centred practitioner, I work integratively and at a relational depth, which means I draw upon differing modalities to meet your individual needs. No-one knows your inner world better than you. It's about you finding your inner resources to enable you to achieve your potential. I'm dedicated to helping you reach your full potential and live a fulfilling life.
