Background

Hi, I’m Hannah. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership — a place where you can be fully seen and heard without judgement. My interest in mental health began through volunteering and advocacy, and I later trained in humanistic counselling to help people reconnect with their own inner strength.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and identity. Many of my clients are processing past experiences that still affect their confidence and sense of self.

I aim to offer a space that feels human, honest, and hopeful — where you don’t need to mask your pain or apologise for your feelings. You bring your whole self, and I’ll meet you there.

My Approach

Humanistic therapy is about meeting you as a person, not a problem to be fixed. I focus on your lived experience and the meaning you give to it.

Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you — building awareness, self-trust, and emotional strength as we go.
