Hi, I’m Daniel. I work with adults who are juggling a lot — whether that’s anxiety, pressure at work, or feeling like you always have to hold it together. Before training as a counsellor, I worked in emergency services, where I saw how essential it is to be able to speak honestly and feel heard. I offer a calm, respectful space to explore whatever’s on your mind — there’s no need to have it all figured out.

My Approach

I use a CBT-informed approach to help you recognise and shift unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. Whether we’re meeting in person or online, I aim to make sessions focused, collaborative, and supportive, so you leave with both insight and tools to use between sessions.
