Hi, I’m Tyrene (she/her), a person-centred counsellor passionate about helping people feel truly heard and understood. My work is rooted in compassion, acceptance, and respect for everyone I meet. I’ve supported clients from many backgrounds, helping them navigate anxiety, addiction, self-image, identity, and relationship challenges.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My aim is to create a non-judgemental, supportive space where you feel safe to explore your feelings, behaviours, and life situations. Together, we can uncover what’s behind your difficulties and work towards meaningful, positive change. I tailor each session to your unique needs, whether you’re facing discrimination, loss, or stress.

I have a particular interest in supporting people with anxiety, those affected by abuse, individuals navigating infidelity, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you.
