About me

Hi, I’m Tallulah. I’m a counsellor and therapist offering psychotherapy based in Manchester city centre, offering a warm, steady space where you can feel genuinely heard and supported. Many people come to therapy after years of prioritising others or trying to hold everything together alone, and it’s natural to reach a point where you want something different for yourself. Together, we’ll create a space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to reconnect with your needs and inner strength.

Over time, I’ve come to deeply value how central our relationships are to our emotional wellbeing. The ways we connect with partners, family, friends, colleagues, and ourselves shape so much of how we experience the world. When those connections become strained, unclear, or unbalanced, it can leave us feeling unsettled, anxious, or unsure of where we stand. In therapy, you’ll have room to explore these experiences without judgement, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, overlooked, or pulled in different directions. My aim is to help you make sense of what’s been difficult, develop clarity, and move toward a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

As an integrative counsellor, my approach is flexible and collaborative, guided by what feels most supportive for you. My core training is in Transactional Analysis (TA), a model that helps us understand how early experiences shape our present-day relationships and responses. I combine this with person-centred principles and other therapeutic perspectives so that our work can adapt to your needs rather than follow a single framework. I often support people navigating complex family dynamics, blurred boundaries, or relationships that leave them emotionally drained. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and care, helping you build emotional resilience, confidence, and a renewed sense of connection with yourself and others.
