About me
Hi, I’m Corrina, an integrative psychotherapist with experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to adapt, heal, and grow — even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
I often work with clients facing anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties, whether with partners, family, friends, or colleagues. Many people also come to me when they feel isolated, under pressure at work, or simply stuck. These struggles are part of being human, but therapy provides the chance to make sense of them, explore what’s holding you back, and find a way forward.
In our sessions, you’ll have a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly and be heard without judgement. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing and what you need to move towards change. Sometimes this involves looking back at how past experiences have shaped your patterns and relationships, while at other times we focus on practical steps to help you cope in the present. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, honesty, and care, adapting the work to your needs and goals.
I use an integrative approach, drawing on psychodynamic theory, including attachment-based work, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques. This balance means we can explore the ‘why’ behind your difficulties while also developing practical tools to manage them day to day. The approach is always collaborative, based on what feels most helpful for you.
