Background

Welcome, and thank you for considering me as your counsellor. I am a Humanistic Integrative therapist, fully qualified and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to their ethical standards to ensure your safety and well-being throughout our sessions, and I am committed to ongoing professional development to provide you with the best possible care. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from private practice to the NHS and the charity sector, supporting people from all walks of life.

I work relationally, meaning that the relationship we build together is central to your healing. I believe that how we relate to others, both in and out of therapy, provides valuable insights into our challenges and strengths. Together, we will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, allowing you to gain deeper self-understanding and confidence.

Therapy is about discovering your true self. By exploring how your past relationships and experiences have shaped your present, we can work toward healthier, more fulfilling connections with others, and most importantly, with yourself.

My Approach

I am passionate about my work because I have witnessed how transformative therapy can be. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—whether in relationships, at work, or within yourself. As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a wide range of counselling theories and modalities, tailoring my approach to best suit your unique needs. I offer both short- and long-term therapy to adults of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and identities.

My approach is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and affirming, supporting you exactly as you are, without expectation. My training and clinical experience have equipped me to support individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, trauma, bereavement, loss of identity, low self-esteem and confidence, life transitions, and relationship struggles—both with themselves and others.

I offer sessions in both English and Italian.
